S.O.N.A.R. - Seeking Out Neighboring Area Residents

The S.O.N.A.R. Ministry mission is to seek out and reach those that do not have a relationship with Jesus Christ or have a regular place of worship. The ministry S.O.N.A.R. derived from the idea of what the sonar device was designed to accomplish.  Sonar is a system that uses transmitted and reflected underwater sound waves to detect and locate submerged objects underwater. Our goal for this ministry is to detect, locate & reach those that are submerged and bound in the sea of sin or are out of fellowship with the body of Christ. 

This is accomplished through television commercials, the distribution of printed materials i.e., flyers, tracts, door hangers, mailers, as well as special outreach events, all with the expected end results of expanding the Kingdom with souls coming to Jesus Christ & people getting connected into the church.

LIVING VICTORIOUS MINISTRY - Multi-media Ministry

Living Victorious is the multi-media outreach ministry of World Impacting Church and Pastor Eric L. Fortier.  The multi-media ministry exists to make the preached Word of God and special ministry events available through the production of DVD, CD, audio & video tapes.  You can take the preached Word of God everywhere you go! They make great gifts and evangelistic tools for friends, neighbors and loved ones. 

“Living Victorious” is also the name of our television program which is broadcast every Sunday at 10:00am on Comcast Cable (RCCTV channel 19) throughout the Sacramento Region.

OPERATION ‘N TOUCH

The purpose of this ministry is to touch people in the community and the church by providing food and clothing in their time of need.  Additionally this ministry assist families in need by providing Thanksgiving baskets containing food and all the trimmings to enjoy a holiday meal with their family.

Also at Christmas, families in need are provided assistance, food & clothing and children also receive toys, who would otherwise go without.  Our mission is to reach people with the love of Jesus through meeting a physical need.
